MAN LAN's Network Operations Center (NOC) is located in the new Communications Technology Complex in Indianapolis, IN on the IUPUI campus. The NOC operates 24/7 to monitor the MAN LAN exchange point and should be the primary contact point for all MAN LAN issues.
