Description:   The TransPAC2 TOKY-TransPAC2 LOSA Backbone Circuit will
undergo maintenance while the fiber provider adds
backbone capacity between Portland and Santa Clara.
This maintenance is scheduled to take place over the
course of eight days, starting on 2/16 and finishing on
2/23. During this maintenance the circuit will
encounter very brief switch hits while the capacity is
