Description:TransPAC2 TOKY-TransPAC2 LOSA Backbone Circuit was
unavailable.  KDDI Engineers reported that
this outage was caused by a fiber cut between Los
Angeles, CA and  Hillsboro, Oregon.  The fiber has
been repaired and the service restored.

unavailable.  Maintenance has been completed.
