Description:The Trans-Atlantic ANA-100G circuit is available after a brief outage. Engineers at
Internet2 (MAN LAN) and SURFnet have been engaged and the Trans-Atlantic vendor
has been asked to investigate. The reason for outage is unannounced maintenance. 
Maintenance has been completed. No further outages are expected. Should your path
have a backup provisioned over the ANA-100 WIX-London path, your traffic should
redirect.
