Description:   The Trans-Atlantic ANA-100G circuit may be briefly unavailable while Level(3) engineers perform maintenance to upgrade optical nodes 
on the portion of the circuit between Washington, DC and New York, NY. No impact to the transatlantic portions of the circuit is expected. 
A brief outage is expected; however, the entire window is reserved. Should your path have a backup provisioned over the ANA-100 WIX-
London path, your traffic should redirect.
