Internet2 (MAN LAN) and SURFnet have been engaged and the
Trans-Atlantic vendor has been asked to investigate. The reason for
the outage is pending. No ETR is yet available. Should your path have
a backup provisioned over the ANA-100 WIX-London path, your traffic
will redirect.
