Description:Backbone Circuits NEWY-WASH were briefly unavailable. It has been
reported that the outage was due to fiber damage between Philadelphia,
PA and Monmouth Junction, NJ. The Transport NOC worked with Field
Services to roll traffic onto spare fibers. However,  this is a
temporary resolution, and that traffic will be reverted during a
scheduled maintenance window once the original fiber has been repaired.
