Communications reports that this was due to fiber damage
approximately 8 miles north of Denton, TX. Field Services advised
that all splicing repair work has been completed on both sides of the
cable.
Technical Services stated that this is a temporary fix and that a 
maintenance will be scheduled in the future to make the fix 
permanent.
